Certificate in Training & Human Talent Development
Sri Lanka Institute of Training and Development (SLITAD) conducts the Certificate in Training and Human Talent Development program since 1998. The program focuses on developing professional competency in HRD/T&D for positive organizational outcomes. The certificate program is developed principally, to meet industrial requirements for those with prior knowledge and work experience in HRD/T&D. Students awaiting A/L results are also welcomed to apply. At the completion of this program, students are eligible to follow the National Diploma in In Training and Human Talent Development program.
In this program students will learn to analyze, plan, develop, and evaluate training and development needs, to design high impact training programs and training materials and to create effective adult learning environments.
The course offers the flexibility and convenience meeting the demand for work-life balance and other commitments. Certificate classes are conducted online and physically at SLITAD Auditorium at Jana Jaya City, Rajagiriya. Learning happens as participants are placed in small teams engaging in exercises, discussions and case studies.
The Certificate course has 16 credit hrs. Participants are required to have 80% attendance to successfully complete the program, to conclude with a final Presentation or Assignment.
