Certified Life and Business Coach (CC)
With the growing interest in the area of Life and Business Coaching in Sri Lanka, the SLITAD Certified Life and Business Coach (CC) was launched in 2019 as a TVEC registered program.
CC provides the first level Certification, to become a competent and a confident Coaching Practitioner. CC is uniquely designed to equip participants as a Certified Life and Business Coach, to address both life and business needs of people. As such it enriches participants with the competency to help others identify and align their passions, strengths, and values with their career choices and relationships as well as to develop and grow in their career/business through professional guidance, support, and accountability.
Some of the key areas covered are identifying one’s passions, strengths and values, envisage personal vision, life/career/business goal setting, addressing challenges and enhancing personal effectiveness that brings positive changes to life/career/business.
CC consists of seven weekly online learning sessions of a duration of three hours each and one physical session, usually conducted on Sundays, 9.00 AM – 12.00 noon.
CC is open for all those who have the passion for building people by helping them find purpose and meaning and experience positive outcomes in life.
The average size of each batch is five and at no time does it exceed eight. As such, the trainer panel focuses on each participant individually and is available for assistance on and off learning Sessions.
The current investment is LKR 75,000 with the option to make payments in installments.
