Certified Trainer (CT)
The SLITAD Certified Trainer (CT) was launched in 2019 in response to the need for a recognized Certification as a competent Training Practitioner employed in any field/discipline (HRD or non-HRD) within a short duration of time at an affordable price. The SLITAD Certified Trainer (CT) program is a TVEC registered program. The CT program also meets the need of participants’ busy schedules as it is designed as a flexible online program with one physical session.
CT consists of seven weekly online learning sessions of a duration of three hours each and one physical session, usually conducted on Saturdays, 2.00 – 5.00 PM.
CT is open for all who are inspired to master effective training delivery skills fine-tuned to the audience, regardless of prior qualification/experience in the area.
Individual attention and support are assured at all time as the average size of each batch is five and does not exceed eight. The panel of trainers are available for further assistance on and off learning Sessions.
The current investment is LKR 60,000 payable in installments.
